Who handles the data

What data I collect
Only what you write in the valuation form: your name, your phone number if you choose to give it, and whatever you know about the property (location, tipologia, condition and the timeframe you want to sell in). None of these fields is collected unless you type it.
Where it goes
Nowhere, until you press send. The form talks to no server at all: when you press send, the site puts your answers into a message and opens WhatsApp with it already written. That is the point at which the data exists, and it exists in the conversation between the two of us. If you do not press send, or if you close the page, nothing is left behind.
The conversation itself runs on WhatsApp, which belongs to Meta and has its own policy. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, tell me and we will talk another way.
What it is used for
To answer you about the valuation you asked for, and nothing else. I do not use this data to send you advertising and I do not pass it on to third parties. That is what the permission below the form says, and it is the only ground on which I handle it: your consent.
How long it is kept
For as long as we are dealing with the matter, plus whatever the law requires me to keep if we end up doing business. You can ask me at any time to delete the conversation and whatever I kept from it.
Cookies and analytics tools
There are none. This site sets no cookies, has no Google Analytics, has no social media pixel and stores nothing in your browser. That is also why it has no cookie banner covering half the page: there would be no consent to ask for.
Hosting
The site is served from a server in Germany. Like any server, it is the one that receives the request from your browser, which includes the IP address you are reading from. That is how the internet normally works and it is not used to identify you, nor cross referenced with anything else.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you the data I hold about you, to correct it, to delete it or to stop using it. Just say so, on the same WhatsApp. If you feel I have not sorted it out, you can complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, the Portuguese data protection authority.
